FORSTHOFF-P2 the COMPACT AutomAtic Welding mAchine

Forsthoff has produced overlap welders for over 25 years. For all your automatic welding needs, Forsthoff provides affordable and quality solutions. Our 230V P2 is effective in tents, tarpaulin, banner and industrial fabric projects.

The P2 120V or 230V automatic Roof Welding machine comes with weights and wheeled carrying case. The 120V model is compact and uses convenient 20 Amp “household” power. It can also run on a small 3000W generator if needed.

Our 4000W Forsthoff-D is used for welding heavy thermoplastic canvases and foils. The Forsthoff-F is perfect for floor welding. The 4000W Forsthoff-DB automatic welding machine is a very powerful device for the welding of 50 mm tapes.

The experience gained and the enhancements made to the Forplast-P are reflected in the new
FORSTHOFF-P2. The FORSTHOFF-P2 offers innovative features such as:

• Lightweight, 3B lbs. Extra weights available for welding thicker material.

• Easy to maneuver. Caster/Roller design allows for easy mobility and cuts down on wrinkles!

• Telescopic guide handle that can be adjusted to the user’s body height.

• A new generation of nozzles for faster welding at up to 11m/min for 20mm overlap welds.

• Modern generation of gear motors providing a speedy and powerful drive for the welder.

The new FORSTHOFF-P2 is a universal welder available in three selectable basic models for 20,
30. or 40mmoverlap welding. In add ion. the FORSTHOFF-P2 is easy to convert to an alternative overlap width for seam
v.elding, webbing welding and welting ropes or cords.
